What we collect
Through the contact form we store your name, e-mail address and phone number, in what capacity you are writing (renter, buyer, owner and so on), what you are looking for, your search criteria (budget, city, size, number of rooms) and your message. We also note the language you used the site in, so we can reply in it. We ask for nothing else.
What we use it for
Your data is used only to get back to you and to tell you about homes that match your criteria. It is not added to marketing lists, shared with third parties or sold.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies unless you agree. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records which pages are visited, along with the type of device and an approximate location, so we can improve the site. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an active search, and for at most two years after it closes. If you want it deleted sooner, we delete it on request.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to its processing. Send your request to info@pruvaneta.nl.
