About
We are here to help you settle in the Netherlands
Pruva Neta is a one-person consultancy. That is a deliberate choice: you are not passed between account managers, and the person who shows you the home also sees the contract through.
Tahsin Günaltay works one to one with owners, renters and buyers across the Randstad. Rental and sale listings are published through the partner portal Pararius.

How we work
Built on three things
One point of contact
From the first message to handing over the keys, you deal with the same person.
Plain information
Contract clauses, costs and risks are explained without dressing them up.
Follow-up
When a listing that matches your criteria comes up, we let you know; you don’t have to search every day.
